As a student training in Michigan’s Eastern Upper Peninsula, you can satisfy any thirst for outdoor recreation within the endless acres of public forest, trails, campgrounds, rustic resorts, beaches, and miles of open water and protected channels.

Amazing Alumni

What I love most about my current job is that I get to be on the water every day and since I am on commission, I can be as busy as I want to be. In Austin the boating industry is huge, and the demand is very high for people like me. This allows me to work as much as I’d like. Seeing different calibers of boats from a 17ft fishing boat to 60 ft yachts to 115 ft houseboats gives me a wide variety of vessels to work on and learn from. This is why I chose this location.
